Rules for granting warranties on services and parts at Pulsecar

Warranty Scope

  • The warranty covers material and assembly defects of parts used for repair.
  • The warranty period for new parts is usually 12-24 months (according to the manufacturer's warranty).
  • The warranty for service work is 6 months from the date of repair.

Conditions for Maintaining Warranty

  • Regular vehicle servicing in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Reporting the defect immediately after noticing it.
  • Presentation of proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) and repair order.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Consumable parts subject to natural wear (e.g., brake pads, filters, bulbs).
  • Mechanical damage caused by the user or as a result of a collision.
  • Defects resulting from improper vehicle operation or use of incorrect operating fluids.
  • Repairs carried out by other services or independently after a defect occurs.

Limited Scope Repairs

  • Used parts or parts provided by the customer are not covered by the service warranty.
  • Temporary repairs performed at the express request of the customer.

Claims Procedure

Contact our service to arrange a diagnostic visit.

Deliver the vehicle to the service along with the repair documentation.

The service will perform a diagnosis and, if the warranty is recognized, remove the defect free of charge.

Service Responsibility

Pulsecar service is responsible only for defects resulting from improper assembly or factory defects of parts provided by us. We are not responsible for lost profits, towing costs (except in cases covered by a separate agreement), or replacement vehicle rental costs.
