How should we hand it over?

Payment: after you order we call you to arrange payment — bank transfer, BLIK or at the workshop. The voucher is valid from the day of payment.

Gift voucher terms

This is a translation. The Polish version is binding.

  1. Vouchers are issued by AI CARS sp. z o.o. (Pulsecar workshop), ul. Arkuszowa 176, 01-935 Warsaw, NIP 5214141930.
  2. An order on the website is not yet a purchase. The voucher becomes valid once payment is received. Orders not paid within 7 days are cancelled.
  3. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the day of payment. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.
  4. The voucher can be used for any services and parts at Pulsecar. The service named on a voucher is a suggestion — what counts is its value.
  5. The voucher can be used at once or in parts; the unused amount stays on the voucher until it expires. If a repair costs more, the difference is paid on site.
  6. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and unused amounts are not refunded.
  7. The voucher is payable to the bearer — we redeem it when given the code. If it is lost and not yet used, we will re-issue it at the buyer’s request.
  8. For shipping, we print the voucher and send it to the address in the order within 1–2 working days of payment. The buyer pays for shipping; we are not liable for carrier delays.
  9. A receipt or invoice is issued at payment.

Questions about gift vouchers

How do I pay for a voucher?

After you order we call you to arrange payment: bank transfer, BLIK, or cash or card at the workshop. The voucher is valid from the day of payment.

How does the recipient get the voucher?

A digital voucher is sent as a link — it can be printed in A5 or shown on a phone. You can also pick up a printed voucher in an envelope at the workshop.

What if the repair costs more or less than the voucher?

If more, the difference is paid on site. If less, the rest stays on the voucher for the next visit, until it expires.

Can a service voucher be used for something else?

Yes. The service name is a gift suggestion; what counts is the value — it can go towards any services and parts.
